Clear scope before any sample work starts.

1. Service Scope

China Sample Desk provides sample coordination services. Depending on the confirmed project scope, this may include supplier communication, sample sourcing, receiving, basic visible photo checks, repacking, consolidation, courier quote coordination, shipment tracking and customer status updates.

We are not a laboratory, certification body, legal advisor, customs broker, insurer, freight-only reseller or bulk order quality inspection company.

2. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted separately from sample cost, domestic courier cost, international shipping cost, storage, special handling, taxes, duties and third-party service provider fees.

• Service fee is normally paid before work starts.
• Sample cost may be paid by the buyer directly or handled as agreed.
• International shipping is quoted after final weight, box size and route are known.
• Rush handling, repacking, labeling, storage or extra inspection may require additional fees.

3. Photo Inspection Boundary

Basic photo inspection means visible checks based on agreed points. This may include product type, approximate quantity, packaging, logo placement, color appearance, visible damage or simple size reference photos.

Photo inspection does not guarantee product quality, performance, materials, safety, compliance, certification, authenticity, durability, lab result or fitness for a specific use.

4. Shipment and Courier

Shipment routes are selected based on cargo type, destination, deadline, courier availability, cost and service provider acceptance. Huahu Airport is a local cargo advantage, but shipments may also move through Shenzhen, Hong Kong or other gateways.

Courier delays, customs holds, address problems, remote area surcharges, duties, taxes and destination import requirements are outside our direct control.

5. Inbound China Samples

Overseas samples entering China for buyer review, distributor meetings, display, market testing or domestic forwarding are accepted only after product category, value, intended use, recipient information and available customs route are reviewed.

We do not guarantee bonded treatment, temporary import approval, tax outcome, customs clearance success or regulatory acceptance.

6. Restricted or High-Risk Items

These products require extra review and may be rejected:

• food, beverage, medicine, supplements or health claim products;
• cosmetics, skincare, medical devices or medical consumables;
• chemicals, liquids, powders, aerosols, flammable or hazardous items;
• batteries, magnets, electronics with batteries or regulated electrical goods;
• animal, plant, seed, soil or biological materials;
• high-value branded goods without clear authorization.

7. Liability and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate product information, supplier details, destination information, deadlines, declared value, intended use and any known regulatory concerns.

China Sample Desk is responsible for performing the agreed service scope with reasonable care. We are not responsible for supplier fraud, supplier production defects, hidden product issues, customs decisions, courier delays, destination duties, regulatory rejection or buyer misuse of samples.

Before consolidation or final shipment, the buyer should review photos and confirm the next action in writing.
